- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Ground ginger
- Freshly cracked pepper
- Kosher salt

- Sesame oil
- Fresh ginger – minced
- Garlic cloves – minced
- Gochujang – Korean hot pepper paste
- Cornstarch

HOW TO MAKE ASIAN BEEF SHORT RIBS IN THE INSTANT POT
1. Firstly, prepare your beef curt ribs. Using a big mixing bowl, place the beef short ribs in the bowl and add together the garlic powder, onion powder, ground ginger, pepper and salt and rub this mixture all over the short ribs. Place the rack insert into the inner cooker pot of your Instant Pot and pour in 1 cup of h2o.
